About the role

As a Quality Control Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring that our clients receive the best possible prescription benefit plans, contributing directly to their health and well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and Innovate: Dive into the details of prescription benefit plans, identifying any quality issues and proposing innovative solutions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Accuracy Assurance: Conduct thorough checks on processes and final outcomes to guarantee the accuracy of individual prescription plans, leaving no stone unturned.
  • Rapid Response: Act swiftly and decisively by reporting any prescription plan malfunctions to the appropriate parties, ensuring immediate action and resolution.
  • Record-Keeping Excellence: Maintain meticulous records of quality reports, providing valuable insights for ongoing improvement efforts.
  • Celebrate Success: Recognize exceptional processes and celebrate success, reinforcing a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility and Teamwork: Embrace flexibility and collaborate closely with teammates, working together to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional results.

Requirements

  • Educational Excellence: A college degree or applicable experience is preferred, demonstrating your commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Quality Assurance Experience: Previous experience in quality assurance is preferred, equipping you with the skills and insights needed to excel in this role.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are essential, allowing you to effectively convey ideas, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technological Proficiency: Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products is a must, with advanced Excel skills being particularly important for success in this role.
  • Team Player Mentality: Flexibility and a strong sense of teamwork are essential, enabling you to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with healthcare software and systems is beneficial but not required.
