Responsibilities
- Inspect and Innovate: Dive into the details of prescription benefit plans, identifying any quality issues and proposing innovative solutions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Accuracy Assurance: Conduct thorough checks on processes and final outcomes to guarantee the accuracy of individual prescription plans, leaving no stone unturned.
- Rapid Response: Act swiftly and decisively by reporting any prescription plan malfunctions to the appropriate parties, ensuring immediate action and resolution.
- Record-Keeping Excellence: Maintain meticulous records of quality reports, providing valuable insights for ongoing improvement efforts.

Requirements
