Quality Control Specialist

What's the Job?

Perform inspections and tests on materials, components, and finished products to verify compliance with specifications
Document and report quality issues, non-conformances, and corrective actions
Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related problems
Maintain and calibrate testing equipment and tools according to standards
Assist in developing and updating quality control procedures and documentation

What's Needed?

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience/training required
• 0-2 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance roles
• Knowledge of quality standards and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, GMP)
• Proficiency in inspection tools and measurement techniques
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
