Quality Control Specialist

Responsibilities

• Works with subcontractors to maintain high quality job standards
• Conducts field audits and job site/safety inspections
• Makes repairs onsite as necessary
• Addresses customer concerns and issues, escalating them as necessary for job completion and customer satisfaction
• Communicates with installers to insure clear understanding of job specifications and installation requirements to maintain high quality job standards
• Supports account representatives in various departments to insure that complete and proper information is provided for work assignments
• Occasional support of our Hilton Head Location may be required
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience in flooring operations and/or construction highly preferred
• Experience with using iPhone and iPad
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand and lift heavy objects as needed
• Able to drive a reliable vehicle for work
• Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
