About the role
The Quality Control Scientist I/II will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of products through monitoring and analyzing samples. This role involves maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and developing new methods for product testing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and validate analytical methods for product testing
- Perform routine quality control tests on raw materials and finished products
- Monitor and maintain equipment calibration and validation
- Document results and prepare reports for regulatory submissions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a QC/QA role
- Knowledge of GLP/GMP guidelines and ISO standards
- Experience with microbiological and chemical analysis techniques
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Experience with environmental monitoring techniques
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and standards
