Quality Control Manager with Security Clearance

About the Role

Horizon Global Partners is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager (QCM) to support overseas construction and facility projects for the U.S. Department of State – Office of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO). The QCM will implement and manage the project Quality Control Program, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, UFGS standards, project specifications, and U.S. Government quality management requirements. They will work closely with project leadership, subcontractors, inspectors, and government representatives to maintain quality standards throughout all project phases.
