About the role

The Quality Control Manager will oversee the quality assurance processes for Traylor Bros., ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage quality control processes for all projects
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure project quality
• Work closely with project teams to identify and resolve quality issues
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
• Prepare and present quality reports to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or construction management
• Experience with quality assurance software and tools
• Strong knowledge of construction codes and standards
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
