About the role
The QA/QC Manager both reports to and takes direction from the Senior Director of Operations. The primary responsibility of the QA/QC Manager is to ensure through testing that all products and services meet client requirements and company standards.

Requirements
- Strong background in ASME B&PV Codes, including Sections I, VIII-1, IX, B31.1 and B31.3.
- Strong background in ASME Welding Procedures (WPS) and Welder Performance Qualifications (WPQ).
- Strong background in NATIONAL BOARD ® of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors (NBBPVI) NBIC Codes for Repairs and Alterations.
Technical Skills
- Above average ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization including craft, project management, corporate management, client representatives, and outside regulatory authorities.
- Experience working within local jurisdictional authorities and regulatory bodies.
- Experience in project management, including project execution.
Safety Objectives
- Managers are responsible for integrating the company's Health and Safety procedures and controls into every activity they manage.
