About the role
The Superintendent will support our construction program by setting expectations for Weston personnel and any supporting subcontractors or general contractors with respect to scheduling, installation, and testing requirements. Responsibilities include project status review, daily site reports, team, subcontractor, and client relations, and other tasks to ensure construction completion and customer satisfaction. Up to 80% travel throughout the U.S. will be required for this position.

Responsibilities
- Manage various field activities including site management and report preparation within your specialty on projects.
- Maintain up-to-date techniques to ensure the credibility of technical assignments.
- Coordinate daily activities with other professionals and field personnel.
- Provide technical supervision and assistance to ensure project activities are technically valid and results are coordinated for continuity and control.
- Prepare sections of proposals relating to your area of specialty, including scope, man-hours, and equipment needed.
- Identify potential hazards (safety and health) associated with project activities and advise the safety manager on mitigation procedures.
- Act as a working leader to coordinate all technical activities efficiently, ensuring project requirements and deadlines are met.
- Serve as liaison with other professionals and field personnel to ensure smooth implementation of project directives.
- Lead field teams and assist in completing required tasks, with control over all field operations, timetables, and budgets.
Requirements
- BS plus 3-5 years’ experience or equivalent experience in construction management.
- Ability to fully comprehend construction contract documents and details, with a solid understanding of construction principles and techniques.
- OSHA Construction Safety (30-hour) training.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
- USACE CQM certification preferred.
- 40-hour HAZWOPER and 8-hour HAZWOPER site supervisor training required (option to obtain after hire).
- Secret Clearance is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds without aid.

Pay
Salary Range: $95,872 – $126,819 – $157,661 (varies based on experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors).
