Choctaw Defense Services (CDS) is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager (QCM) to oversee and manage the contractor’s Quality Control Program in support of operations at Fort Stewart, GA.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the Quality Control Program across all contract functional areas.
• Conduct inspections, surveillance, and quality assessments to verify compliance with contract requirements and performance standards.
• Document findings, deficiencies, and corrective actions while ensuring timely resolution.
• Prepare and maintain required quality control documentation, including: QC Daily Reports, Weekly Trend Analysis Reports, Performance metrics, Quality assessments and evaluations.
• Review customer feedback and comments to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives across operational areas.
• Analyze quality trends and provide recommendations to improve contract performance.
• Maintain QC independence by reporting quality findings, outcomes, and performance metrics directly to corporate headquarters.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of operations experience managing: Quality Control Programs, Facility Repair and Maintenance operations, Contract management activities, Quality reporting and presentations.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience serving as a Quality Control Manager (QCM) on an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contract valued at more than $10 million annually.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to understand, speak, read, and write English effectively.
• Must be a legal U.S. resident and able to obtain and maintain a favorable NACI background investigation for the duration of the contract.
