Roles & Responsibilities
- Audit actual performed work in the field against the Owners documented process.
- Oversee responsibilities for all tasks assigned to Quality Control Engineer/Administrator.
- Conduct internal QC POD meetings daily. Include other stakeholder representatives as needed during different phases of construction.
- Perform tasks/delegate work to all members of the QA/QC staff on site to ensure TWG testing & inspections during all phases of construction are complete.
- Work to resolve QA/QC issues with the QA/QC Team and Project Management Team.
- Collaboratively assist in streamlining the QA/QC program across the TWG Projects.
- Highlight ways to enable the internal project teams to complete work according to the expected quality level.
- Identify situations where QA/QC compliance may impact the progress of the Project and take or recommend appropriate actions to correct the situations.
- Confirm that the CQA program aligns with the Owner’s quality and safety requirements are communicated through the chain of Contractors all the way down to the individuals doing the work.
- Review all subcontractor’s and vendor’s QCP to ensure compliance with contract documents.
- Administrate TWG’s Quality Assurance program overseeing all subcontractors and vendors.
- Audit the QA/QC documentation process for all internal design builders including the:
- System for internal and external issuing, tracking, and reporting status of contract drawings, specifications, submittals, and engineering documents to support field operations for contract administration.
- System for periodic inspection or reference as required by the project team including QA/QC and CQ.
- System for archive and permanent storage of submittals, drawings, and all related documents.
- Participate in TWG Internship program by managing 1-2 Interns / Co-Ops per year.
- Cross train within the Environmental, Safety and Quality Department.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in quality control, with a minimum of 2 years management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in construction management, construction supervision or similar degree programs.
- Previous experience in renewable energy a plus.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic, and the ability to handle peak work times.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and time management skills.

- Salary Range: $120,000 - $130,000
