About the role
The Quality Control Manager will oversee the implementation and adherence to quality control plans within a DoD or military environment.Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Quality Control Plans (QCPs)
- Monitor and evaluate product quality throughout the production process
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Conduct inspections and audits to identify and correct quality issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality processes
- Prepare and present quality control reports to senior management
Requirements
- Three years of experience in quality control or quality assurance management on federal service contracts
- Experience must include developing and implementing Quality Control Plans (QCPs) within a DoW or military environment
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE)
Qualifications
- Top Secret/SCI clearance required

- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
