Quality Control Manager
Responsibilities
Overseeing and enforcing the contractor's internal quality assurance processes across all contract tasks and deliverables.
This position operates independently of task leads to provide objective quality review of all products prior to submission to the government and to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with contract requirements, plain language standards, and Section 508 accessibility requirements across the full deliverable inventory.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in public health, health administration, quality management, or a closely related field.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in quality assurance or quality control roles on federal health program contracts or comparable initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience reviewing and improving health program deliverables for accuracy, consistency, plain language compliance, and Section 508 accessibility.
- Experience with federal contractor quality management systems and deliverable review processes.
