Quality Control Manager
About the role
IAP World Services, an Intrepid Global Solutions company, is a recognized leader in Facilities Management and Operations in support of Defense, Intelligence, and National Security missions. Under a major Intelligence Community contract, IAP operates and maintains facilities, systems, and associated grounds across Virginia and Maryland. Services provided include comprehensive facility operations; project management for renovations, minor construction, and major equipment repairs; engineering, construction, and operations support; custodial and grounds maintenance services; environmental, safety, and occupational health support; food services; motor pool and logistics operations; and physical and technical security services.
Responsibilities
As the Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for overall management and implementation of internal quality and serve as the central point of contact for quality matters.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Quality Management preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a Quality Control Manager, including at least two (2) years of QCM experience in facility operations, maintenance and repair.
- Must possess a Top Secret SCI security clearance with CI polygraph.
Skills
- Hands‑on knowledge and experience in Progress Control, Quality Data Analysis, and Statistical Sampling.
