Quality Control - Manager

Responsibilities
- Oversight of meticulous quality inspections for PCBs, electronic assemblies, and precision sheet metal parts.
- Ownership of quality documentation—control plans, work instructions, specs, and compliance records.
- Leadership of investigations into non-conformances—driving root cause analysis and deploying smart CAPA solutions.
- Tracking, analyzing, and reporting key quality metrics like yield, defect rates, and customer returns.
- Inspiring and coaching a dynamic QA team—building a culture of continuous improvement and quality ownership.
- Promotion of our Quality Management System (QMS)—keeping us aligned with ISO 9001, UL, and customer-specific requirements.
- Leading the charge on UL certifications (UL 94, UL 508A, etc.) for everything from components to finished products.
- Preparation and execution of proactive internal and external audits (ISO, UL, and customers).
Qualifications
- A degree in Quality Management or a related technical field preferred, but not required.
- CQA certification (Certified Quality Auditor) is preferred.
- Must have PCB experience
- 5+ years of QA/QC experience in electronics Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) manufacturing, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience with ISO 9001 practices as well as understanding ISO 9001 standards.
- Hands-on experience managing UL certifications (UL 94 flammability, UL 508A control panels, etc.).
- Experience with root cause analysis.
- ERP and QMS software proficiency is preferred.
- Experience in high-reliability electronics is preferred.

Schedule
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (This is a temp-to-hire with the eligibility of full-time permanent placement.)
Pay
DOE: $100,000 - $120,000 annually
