Quality Control Manager

Exp Federal is an established Design Build firm providing full‑range architectural, engineering, and design‑build solutions to the federal government. We operate in challenging environments to deliver support services to a variety of governmental agencies globally. We are seeking a full‑time Quality Control Manager to join our team at Grand Forks Air Force Base, ND.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall quality of contract deliverables and general contract compliance.
• Provide quality control activities to monitor and record results of quality assurance, measure quality performance levels, and recommend necessary changes (corrective actions) to the overall quality management plan.
• Analyze and oversee in‑field inspections and repair processes; identify causes of defects or failures and suggest procedures for defect elimination.
• Enter and review results of corrective actions and produce Quality Control reports.
• Perform Quality Control assessments and audits.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Five or more years of quality control experience, preferably with a US Government client or an equivalent combination of related education and experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Salary

The full‑time Quality Control Manager position has an hourly range of $60.00–$80.00. The actual hourly rate is based on several factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
