About the role
Responsible for ensuring high standards of quality in all construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of quality control measures across all project phases.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Prepare and present quality reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance within construction industry.
- Proficient in using quality management software.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations.
