Responsibilities
- Conduct field inspections of work in progress
- Prepare daily reports on progress and potential concerns
- Coordinate subcontractors, monitoring progress and adherence to plan specifications and procedures
- Review subcontractor material submittal and shop drawings and check for compliance
- Verify field dimensions and plan reviews
- Check rough openings for doors and windows, in‑wall rough‑in, and elevations
- Review plans and field coordination with contractors

Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor degree in construction or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience in the construction industry
- Working knowledge of construction projects and building processes
- 2‑3 years of experience working in the commercial construction industry strongly preferred
- Strong analytical and decision‑making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- General knowledge of construction safety
- Excellent communication skills
