Quality Control Manager

As the Quality Control Manager, you’ll lead quality and training initiatives in one of Best Buy’s distribution centers, holding responsibility for the overall well-being of the facility. You’ll ensure operational excellence and positive employee experiences through effective training and talent management, consequently enhancing our customer experience. What You’ll Do Provide work direction, including reinforcing quality assurance expectationsTeach and uphold asset protection best practicesEvaluate distribution center processes to identify risks and mitigate lossesWork with distribution center leaders to meet business goals solve problems as neededConduct assessments, evaluate areas of opportunity and provide coaching when improvements are neededOversee hiring, onboarding and development, and ensure compliance with all training and reporting requirements Basic Qualifications 5 years of experience in distribution, operations, warehousing, customer service, military or related field2 years of supervisory experience in business, military or related field Preferred Qualifications 2 years of experience using a warehouse management systemAssociate degree or higher in business, logistics or related field What’s In It For You We’re committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
