Quality Control Manager
Essential Responsibilities
- Maintain high-tech systems and provide rapid response to emergencies.
- Contribute to cutting-edge renovations and sustainability initiatives.
- Engage in diverse responsibilities including monitoring performance of quality control systems.
- Analyze quality control test results and provide feedback and interpretation to management or staff.
- Communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, outside vendors, or contractors.
- Confer with management and other departments to define client requirements and expectations.
- Create and implement inspection and testing criteria or procedures.
- Document testing procedures, methodologies, or criteria.
- Approve materials to be used in accordance with contract specifications.
- Ensure that quality corrective measures are taken.
- Maintain daily logs and supplement inspection records with photographs when appropriate.
- Develop and implement quality policies, regulations, and processes.
- Develop, collect, and report performance metrics as needed to inform management.
- Evaluate adequacy of actions taken to correct violations.
- Review quality programs to determine their adequacy.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years' experience with large, complex requirements of similar scope.
- Industry recognized certification in Quality Assurance (i.e., ISO, ASQ) or Facility Management.
- Associate’s degree in quality assurance.
Compensation Details
Compensation details: $160,000 - $211,000. The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, internal equity, market data, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and relevant laws.
