About the role
Aleknagik Technology, LLC (ATL) is seeking a Quality Control Manager to implement, maintain, enforce, and document the Quality Control Program supporting the WDTC Data Science Division Information Technology Support Services contract.
Responsibilities
- Ensure services are performed in compliance with contract requirements, including PWS, PRS, QASP standards, staffing and certification requirements, Government property controls, and corrective action processes.
- Provide independent quality oversight, monitor performance trends, validate corrective actions, support Government surveillance activities, and maintain inspection-ready quality records.
- Develop, maintain, and execute quality control processes aligned to the PWS, PRS, QASP, Work Plan, and accepted QCP.
- Maintain quality records, inspection results, customer complaint records, corrective action records, surveillance support documentation, and nonconformance logs.
- Monitor and document staff qualification currency, certification status, training status, and evidence availability for Government inspection.
- Identify, investigate, document, correct, and prevent recurrence of non-conforming performance.
- Coverage of all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience within the past ten years working as a Quality Control Manager.
- Current full-time employee or committed hire available to serve contingent upon contract award.
- Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control processes for performance-based Government services contracts.
- Experience monitoring staff qualifications, training records, certification records, deliverables, corrective actions, and recurring performance metrics.
- US. citizen; foreign nationals/immigrant aliens are not authorized to work on this requirement.
- High school diploma or equivalent at minimum; higher education preferred where relevant to the role.
- Able to speak, read, write, and understand English proficiently.
- Proficient with computers and software required to perform work, including Microsoft Office.
- Mandatory minimum: IAT Level I professional certification during execution unless higher requirements apply to assigned duties.
- Must understand DoD 8570.01-M / DoDM 8140.03 compliance well enough to audit, track, and report certification status for technical staff performing IAT/IAM/cyber duties.
- Maintain inspection-ready records showing personnel certification, CE certification where applicable, training completion, renewal status, corrective action status, and evidence availability.
- Certified Quality Auditor, ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, ITIL Foundation/ITIL 4, Security+ CE, A+ CE, Network+ CE, or other relevant quality/process improvement/cybersecurity certification.
- Experience supporting QASP/PRS surveillance, CPARS risk reduction, CDRL reviews, service desk quality metrics, cybersecurity compliance metrics, and Government property inventory controls.
- Experience with corrective action plans, root cause analysis, performance dashboards, audit binders, and inspection-ready evidence repositories.
Qualifications
- Complete and maintain all required onboarding, security, installation access, CAC, acceptable use, NDA, and Government-directed forms/training.
- Complete and maintain required training, including Anti-Terrorism Level I, OPSEC, iWATCH, Information Assurance/Cyber Awareness, PII, CTIP notification/training, and other WDTC/Army/DoD-directed training.
- Maintain a professional appearance and comply with facility, safety, security, environmental, health, and operating regulations.
- Maintain at least current Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level I professional certification during contract execution unless a higher IAT/IAM/DCWF requirement applies to assigned duties.
- Maintain proof of baseline certification, Computing Environment (CE) certification where applicable, continuing education, renewal status, and training completion for Government inspection.
- Personnel without proper and current certification may not perform affected information assurance, cybersecurity, or DoD information system duties.
