Quality Control Lead 2nd Shift

About the role

Lead in-house quality control team to ensure product consistency and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily quality checks on products to ensure they meet set standards.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain product quality.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control or related field.
• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001.
• Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC).
