Quality Control Laboratory Supervisor (Night Shift)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of approximately six Quality Control laboratory professionals.
• Oversee analytical testing for raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Provide coaching, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Maintain compliance with GMP, FDA, USP, EP, company procedures, and safety standards.
• Review laboratory documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Support investigations including OOS results, deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
• Prioritize workloads to meet production timelines while maintaining quality standards.
• Assist with analytical testing and troubleshooting as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
• 3-5+ years of supervisory experience in a GMP or other highly regulated laboratory environment.
• Experience with chromatographic techniques such as HPLC, UPLC, or GC.
• Working knowledge of cGMP regulations, laboratory documentation, and quality systems.
• Experience with OOS investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and change controls is preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Pay

Low: $40 | High: $60

Schedule

Rotating 12-hour night shifts (6:30 PM – 6:30 AM)
