Location: Vernon Hills, IL • Duration: 12 months • Schedule: 1st shift, 40 hours per week • Pay rate: $20–$30/hour
About the role
Contract W2 position with a medical-device company. Open to US citizens or green-card holders only.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate significant attention to detail and complete work assignments accurately and on time
- Develop skills in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures within one skill area, process, or method
- Apply basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks consisting of prescribed steps
- Work within clearly defined SOPs and/or scientific methods and adhere to quality guidelines
- Work with a high degree of supervision
- Build understanding of processes within own work group
- Understand how assigned duties relate to those of others on the team
- Volunteer for self-development assignments when made aware of opportunities
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems; limited opportunity to exercise discretion
- Take personal accountability for one’s decisions and actions and maintain an open mind to feedback
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Recent college graduate preferred
- Entry-level experience
