What You'll Do

  • Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections throughout the production process
  • Inspect products during cupping, body making, trimming, washing, printing, coating, necking, flanging, and final production
  • Conduct quality tests for defects including dents, cracks, buckle resistance, coating integrity, and axial load
  • Verify print quality, color consistency, labeling, and overall product appearance
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Required Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of quality control experience in manufacturing
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience using inspection and measuring equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in metal packaging, beverage can manufacturing, or food packaging
  • Knowledge of blueprint reading and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
  • Experience with quality documentation and inspection records
  • Understanding of FDA, BRC, ISO, or other manufacturing quality standards
  • Six Sigma or other quality certifications

Schedule

  • Night Shift 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Additional overtime may be available based on production needs
