Quality Control Inspector II - 1'st Shift
Duties
- Assisting engineers in developing and maintaining quality engineering methodologies within new product development, manufacturing, and quality systems
- S supporting qualification and validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) under the guidance of Quality Engineers
- Compiling and analyzing statistical data to assess process capabilities and control processes
- Developing inspection test methods and drafting inspection procedures with oversight
- Managing calibration for new and existing equipment, including supplier management and out-of-tolerance reporting
- Reviewing and approving inspection and device history records
- Assisting with CAPA investigations and corrective actions
- Participating in continuous improvement projects, Gemba walks, and 5S activities
- Ensuring compliance with company, quality, and safety standards and policies
Requirements
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Possess strong English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Have experience working with microscopes
