Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Log in, inspect and analyze parts that are shipped/mailed in from other companies or clients for service.
  • Read repair instructions and produce repair (Traveler) documents.
  • Contact customer for information, etc.
  • Be able to communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Work at a computer console entering parts.
  • Maintain inventory of rotable material and stock verification.
  • Absorb and assist other inspectors and employees as needed.
  • Absorb and assist in the management of the Quality Management System to assure each department has documented their procedures and the procedures are implemented and effective.
  • Utilize and implement standard work in each department.

Education / Experience Requirements

  • Must have H.S. Diploma or GED.

  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Physical Demands And Work Environment

  • Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hads to finger, handle or feel, reach with both arms.
  • Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
  • Must be able to talk and hear.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Have to ability to identify and distinguish colors.
  • Moderate office noise.
  • No vision requirements.

Pay

Base salary range: $21 to $24 hourly, plus bonus potential, comprehensive health/dental/vision/Life and disability insurance, 401(k) match up to 6%, and Vacation, sick days, flexible work.
