Responsibilities

The Quality Assurance business unit is responsible for ensuring all products meet internal quality standards and regulatory requirements. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for performing complex inspections on precision components and medical devices.

Interpret advanced GD&T (position, profile, datums)
Set up and operate advanced equipment: CMM (manual and/or CNC), Advanced Keyence systems, Air gages for tight tolerances, Profilometers for surface analysis
Lead and review First Article Inspections
Perform root cause analysis on nonconforming parts
Mentor and support junior inspectors
Collaborate with engineering on inspection methods and fixtures

Requirements

High School Diploma (technical training preferred)
5–8+ years of inspection experience
Working knowledge of GD&T
Experience with CMM operation

Desired characteristics include experience in the medical device or regulated industry, familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, Agile), exposure to CAPA and quality systems, and ASQ Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) certification.
