Responsibilities
- Select products for testing at designated stages in production and perform visual and functional inspections.
- Record and evaluate test data, applying statistical quality control procedures.
- Conduct destructive and non-destructive testing on materials and products to measure performance and reliability.
- Support the QA Manager and production team in identifying and resolving quality issues.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or associate degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1–2 years of related experience in manufacturing or quality inspection preferred.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical documents, safety procedures, and production specifications.
- Comfortable working in a moderate-noise, hands-on production environment and lifting up to 50 lbs.
