Pay
- Hourly wage: $21.70 – $25.20 per hour (actual rate meets or exceeds the applicable local minimum wage)
- Additional compensation:
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met
