Quality Control Associate

Responsibilities

• Keep a close eye on production, ensuring it aligns with our strict specifications
• Perform hands-on visual, functional, and dimensional inspections
• Conduct detailed measurements and product-specific analysis (e.g., particle tests)
• Support new batch releases and ensure everything is ready to go
• Investigate deviations and support continuous improvement
• Champion quality and support a culture of excellence, safety, and 5S

Requirements

• Secondary vocational education (mechanical technician or related)
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role within quality control or production
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, MES systems)
• Basic knowledge of measurement and inspection techniques
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes
• Good communication, a proactive mindset, and a positive attitude
• Very good English – written and spoken
