Quality Control Associate

About the Role

As a Quality Control Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring every product that leaves our production line meets the highest standards in a fast-paced environment where precision and quality are critical.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production to ensure alignment with strict specifications
• Perform hands-on visual, functional, and dimensional inspections
• Conduct detailed measurements and product-specific analysis (e.g., particle tests)
• Support new batch releases and ensure readiness for distribution
• Investigate deviations and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Champion quality, safety, and 5S standards within the team

Requirements

• Secondary vocational education (mechanical technician or related field)
• 2+ years of experience in quality control or production
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, MES systems)
• Basic knowledge of measurement and inspection techniques
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes
• Proactive mindset, positive attitude, and strong communication skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English
