About the role

DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a full-time Quality Control Associate to join our distribution center team in Conklin, NY.

Schedule

• 1A shift: Sunday - Wednesday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay

• Hourly rate: $18.60
• Targeted pay range: $18.60 - $26.55 (starting rate may vary based on factors including location, experience, and position offered)

Responsibilities

• Verifies that MHE label application is correct to standards
• Audits outbound processing totes for accuracy
• Completes carton audits at shipping to identify correct pallet placement & store location
• Completes trailer audits
• Audits OSO packets to ensure correct paperwork is being provided to Receiving
• Audits back stock locations to ensure correct product is in location
• Audits store-to-store transfers to ensure correct product is being transferred
• Searches building for vendor compliance issues
• Performs other audits & duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Willing to be certified on equipment, based on location
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, push, pull & lift cartons/bins weighing up to 50 lbs. repetitively
• Must feel comfortable reporting errors to department Supervisor (interact & defend position)
• Proficient in WMS, PMMS Virtual
