Quality Control Analyst (Chemistry)

Regeneron successfully manufactures a range of biopharmaceuticals for patients worldwide, including approved therapeutic proteins and those involved in clinical studies. Our QC Analysts perform chemical tests on these life-changing products to ensure they are safe for patients.

About the role

• Perform routine testing using HPLC and UPLC on raw materials, in-process, product, stability, and/or research samples.
• Gather data and document test results; review test results to ensure compliance with standards and report any quality anomalies.
• Comply with all pertinent regulatory agency requirements.
• Write and revise control test procedures and SOPs.
• Complete test records and review data.
• Calibrate or verify calibration of instruments/devices prior to use.
• May devise or develop new analytical methods and techniques.
• May assist in validation of methods.

Requirements

• BS/BA in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related scientific field.
• 2+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, and Analytical Chemistry techniques.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to follow instructions with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize and balance multiple tasks, and execute them independently.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to accomplish shared goals.
• Ability to develop and drive scientific and/or business-related improvement ideas.

Schedule

Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Pay

Hourly salary range: $24.76 – $38.70 (for roles in Canada). Level is determined based on experience.
