Responsibilities
- Performs quality inspections of consumer and mortgage loan files to ensure compliance with established guidelines.
- Reviews files to ensure all loan applications and supporting documents are present, accurate, and complete.
- Records all mistakes or omissions; verifies all pertinent information in DNA; notifies appropriate staff members of errors or omissions noted.
- Ensures all mortgage loan files are received and sent to be scanned and stored.
- Compiles a monthly report reflecting the number of loans reviewed by branch or mortgage closer, detailing all errors or omissions, and distributes reports to appropriate credit union staff.
- Performs a post-close review of mortgage loans by processing reverification of income, employment, asset information, credit history, SSN, and appraisal.
- Submits post-close review files to underwriting for re-analysis and ensures completion within required time frames.
- Performs other duties as needed upon request from immediate supervisor.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum two years of lending experience required.
- Computer skills required.

Pay
The good faith range for this position is $25.50 - $30.50/hour. This range is an estimate based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts as permitted by applicable law.
All candidates will be subject to a background check, credit check, and drug test to determine employment eligibility.
