Quality Control Analyst

Location: Rensselaer, New York, United States

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm

Responsibilities

• Perform biological testing assays
• Gather data and document test results
• Review test results to ensure compliance with standards; report any quality anomalies
• Comply with all pertinent regulatory agency requirements
• Participate in required training activities
• Maintain mammalian cell lines
• Maintain laboratory supplies
• Write and revise control test procedures, SOPs, technical documents, and qualification reports
• Complete laboratory documentation and review associated data
• May be responsible for maintaining a specific project
• Work independently or as part of a team
• Communicate with transparency
• Continuously drive to improve processes for improved performance

Requirements

• BS/BA in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related field (relevant experience may substitute for education)
• Experience with mammalian cell culture practices, bioassay and/or binding assay testing, and GMP/GLP experience preferred
• Level determined based on experience and qualifications relevant to the role
