Quality/Continuous Improvement Manager - Cleveland, Ohio

About the role

The Quality/Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives within the organization. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and quality standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop action plans to resolve issues impacting quality and productivity.
• Collaborate with departments to implement new processes and technologies that improve workflow and reduce waste.
• Develop and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness of continuous improvement efforts.
• Communicate progress and results of continuous improvement initiatives to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or service environment.
• Experience with Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Lean principles and practices.
• Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001 preferred).

Pay

• $80,000 - $90,000 annually.
