Saint Joe’s is seeking a Quality & Compliance Specialist to join our team and help ensure we maintain the highest standards of quality, regulatory compliance, and safety. Responsibilities

• Support organizational compliance with corporate policies, industry standards, regulatory requirements, and safety programs
• Monitor and maintain effective systems for quality, compliance, and accountability
• Manage and support compliance policies, procedures, and related documentation
• Facilitate and coordinate quality, compliance, and safety training
• Partner with departments and teams to identify opportunities for improvement
• Help promote a culture of quality, safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Support ongoing quality assurance and compliance initiatives
• Coordinate, manage, and monitor Saint Joe's critical incident reporting system with internal and external partners
• Collaborate with external stakeholders and partners
• Work closely with leadership and staff to ensure requirements are understood and consistently followed

This position reports to the Director of Quality and Compliance.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• CPHQ certification or equivalent preferred
• Experience in regulatory compliance and quality management preferred
• Background in a DODD setting preferred
