About the role
Saint Joe’s is seeking a Quality & Compliance Specialist to join our team and help ensure we maintain the highest standards of quality, regulatory compliance, and safety. Responsibilities
- Support organizational compliance with corporate policies, industry standards, regulatory requirements, and safety programs
- Monitor and maintain effective systems for quality, compliance, and accountability
- Manage and support compliance policies, procedures, and related documentation
- Facilitate and coordinate quality, compliance, and safety training
- Partner with departments and teams to identify opportunities for improvement
- Help promote a culture of quality, safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Support ongoing quality assurance and compliance initiatives
- Coordinate, manage, and monitor Saint Joe's critical incident reporting system with internal and external partners
- Collaborate with external stakeholders and partners
- Work closely with leadership and staff to ensure requirements are understood and consistently followed
This position reports to the Director of Quality and Compliance.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- CPHQ certification or equivalent preferred
- Experience in regulatory compliance and quality management preferred
- Background in a DODD setting preferred
