Quality Compliance Senior Manager

About the role

This role will lead quality compliance operations and guide a professional team in strengthening governance, oversight, and issue escalation across the organization. The position focuses on improving operating rhythms, clarifying decision support, and turning complex quality signals into actionable recommendations for stakeholders. It is well suited to someone who can connect quality data, audit readiness, and risk management with practical business execution in a highly regulated environment.

Location: Remote — US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Pay

$132,037 – $178,639 annually.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily quality compliance operations and manage a professional team
• Continuously improve the operating model and governance routines
• Establish consistent review cadences for evaluating quality metrics and signals
• Prioritize dashboard outputs and identify issues for further assessment
• Translate complex quality information into governance-ready summaries and recommendations
• Document and escalate significant findings to stakeholders
• Define business rules and ensure compliance with quality governance

Qualifications

• Doctorate with 2 years of Quality experience, or Master's with 4 years, or Bachelor's with 6 years, or Associate's with 10 years, or high school diploma with 12 years of Quality experience
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, clinical, quality, data, or related discipline preferred
• Experience leading and developing professional teams or cross-functional teams
• Strong ability to interpret quality and operational data into actionable insights
• Knowledge of GCP, quality-risk management, and audit readiness
• Experience with QMS platforms and digital quality products
