Quality Compliance, Corrective Action and Continuous Improvement Coordinator

Job Summary

Provides company-wide support to production and non-production areas for quality issues and questions. Participates in external, internal and supplier audits. Maintains documentation on audit findings and is responsible for coordinating corrective action responses and following up on corrective action plans and areas of nonconformance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinates identification, implementation and documentation of continuous improvement activities.
• Determines critical methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel.
• Works on items of unique complexity which require a high degree of ingenuity and innovation.
• Supports/facilitates continuous improvement activities across the organization, including areas such as supplier assessment, contractual and regulatory compliance, and product manufacture.
• Captures and analyzes information skillfully.
• Supports/facilitates compliance audits to verify adherence to company policies, standards, and procedures.
• Prepares written reports of findings obtained from analysis, including the results of internal audits.
• Prepares business reports, feasibility studies, and justification statements when required.
• Generates SOP's, GMP's, and Quality System procedures or changes thereto when required.
