Quality Claims Analyst

About the role

Join our team as a hands-on Quality Claims Analyst at the heart of our operations, ensuring every product meets the standards our customers expect. You will drive quality culture across distribution sites, identify logistics and manufacturing issues, and coordinate corrective actions to improve process robustness and protect customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality culture across distribution sites through hands-on process control and quality assurance
• Identify logistics and manufacturing issues and coordinate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions
• Improve process robustness to minimize quality risks and protect customer satisfaction
• Oversee quality standards for rework and adaptation lines using disciplined change management practices
• Respond to inquiries from Customer Service, build claims packets, research documentation, and conduct investigations into OS&D claims
• Respond to customer complaints using BFO Salesforce
• Create non-conformances related to customer complaints

Requirements

• Previous Schneider Electric experience highly preferred

Pay

For this U.S.-based position, the expected pay range is USD 45,760 to 68,640 per year, including base pay and short-term incentives. Individual pay is determined by performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
