Job Title: Quality Business Systems Specialist
Reporting To: Manager, Quality Sys. & Process
Schedule: Onsite – Buffalo, NY
Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits and track corrective actions to closure
- Facilitate MRB and CARB meetings, manage changes, and maintain accurate records
- Monitor nonconformance reports, follow up on NCs, and assist in KPI tracking/reporting
- Maintain quality databases and documentation for audit readiness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline and 3 years in quality systems, internal audit, or manufacturing administration
- Or Associate’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline and 7 years in quality systems, internal audit, or manufacturing administration
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS9100 standards, ERP/MES systems, and MS Office
- PREFERRED: Auditor certification (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, AS9100), experience in KPI reporting, lean/CI methods
Qualifications
- Ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance
