Quality Auditor I, 1st Shift

HybridFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the posting. Find a new home for your professional ambitions." We need to extract sections: About the role (maybe the introductory paragraph after the header?), Responsibilities, Requirements/Qualifications/Skills (maybe combine), Benefits, Pay (maybe include pay range and incentive plan), Schedule (maybe shift info). Also location and shift info. We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is "Quality Auditor I, 1st Shift". Should not be heading. We need to include sections only if real content. Let's extract: - About the role: The paragraph after the header: "Tomorrow is our home. At BSH, People Matter. Bring your unique skills, capabilities, and experiences to our dynamic teams where your contributions will drive our innovation culture. We strive to be a workplace that values people and supports opportunities for continuous professional and personal growth. As a leading manufacturer of home appliance brands Bosch, Gaggenau, and Thermador, we prioritize having a consumer centric mindset and creating positive experiences for the consumer throughout all interactions with our products and services. Join us now and give your career a home. You Belong Here." That's substantive. - Responsibilities: The block starting "Your Responsibilities" and then list of duties. We'll convert each sentence into

  • items? The instruction: Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to list each duty as
    • . Could also group but better to list each. - Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: The block "Your profile" includes required and preferred qualifications, skills, etc. We'll treat as Requirements section. Could split into Requirements and Skills but we can combine. The instruction says we can have sections like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide based on content. The posting includes: "High-School Diploma – Required 0-2 Years of Experience (Manufacturing/Warehousing environment) – Required. 0-2 Years of Experience (Mechanical/Electrical background) – Preferred Good mechanical skills Basic knowledge of auditing Good written and oral communication skills A thorough understanding of the processes of Receiving inspection, Final Audit, and Life Test is desired Good PC skills in Word & Excel A thorough understanding of OEM products is desirable Labor Grade within this Job Classification is dependent on experience, knowledge, responsibility, performance, dependability, and job complexity. Proficient in SAP, PDM, EXCEL and WORD programs. Manufacturing background in related departmental area. Basic measurement instruments and machine control knowledge if required for the working area. Forklift, clamp truck, test equipment, workstations, basic computer, calculator, test and measuring instruments, basic hand tools." We can list each as
    • . - Pay: The block "Your Pay & Benefits" includes pay range and incentive plan, plus benefits. But we need separate Pay and Benefits sections if content exists. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. So we need to create Pay section with pay range and incentive plan details. Benefits section with benefits list. - Schedule: The posting includes "SHIFT: First". Also location "New Bern, NC / Full-time". So schedule includes shift and maybe full-time. We'll create Schedule section with shift and employment type. - Location: Not a required heading but we could fold into a short paragraph maybe under About the role or separate? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Location is minor metadata; we could include in a short

maybe under About the role or separate. But we could also include in Schedule? Probably better to include location in a short paragraph after the heading? However we have no heading for location. We could just include location in a

after the heading "About the role" or as its own

before sections. The instruction: "fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can add a

containing location and maybe shift? But shift is schedule. We'll treat shift in Schedule section. Thus final HTML:
