Quality Auditor-AH

Essential Duties

• Provides general QA department support
• Inspects all questionable raw materials before the raw materials enter the production process
• Determines whether questionable raw material falls within standards and specifications or if material requires discarding
• Documents non-conforming materials and prepares data and photographs
• Works with internal and external customers
• Audits all WIP and finished goods
• Affords assistance in the ongoing training effort to build quality into the manufacturing process
• Sets example for peers in quality and safety
• Affords assistance in creating visual aids to help eliminate questions regarding product packaging or foam qualities
• Follows 5s and Safety policies and procedures
• Affords assistance in meeting productivity standards by completing work quickly and accurately
• Performs other duties as assigned
