Quality Auditor- 2nd Shift Data Center

Key Responsibilities

• Audits processes, fabricated and/or purchased parts against applicable drawings, bills of material, engineering documents, inspection procedures, etc.
• Conducts process audits as required.
• Assists the production department in quality improvement teams.
• Assists production by detecting issues in supply depts prior to the entire coil being built and being sent to final inspection.
• Assists in Training personnel if required.

Position Requirements

• Requires a high school education or equivalent.
• Understanding of how to conduct process audits.
• 12 to 18 months required to achieve the job knowledge of all operations and documents pertaining to the specific job.
• Detects visual discrepancies.
• Detects discrepancies in various Engineering Documents, such as Engineering Deviations, Standards, etc.
• Must be able to coordinate with production supervision.
• Must be “team oriented”.
• Performs certified leak tests and certificate of conformance.
• Basic office computer skills (such as Excel, Word, SAP, etc).

Required Education & Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Understanding of process audits.
• Experience: 12 to 18 months required to achieve job knowledge.
• Visual discrepancy detection skills.
• Ability to detect discrepancies in Engineering Documents.
• Coordination with production supervision.
• Team-oriented approach.
• Basic office computer skills.
