On-site$28.19/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description of role, responsibilities, qualifications, skills, benefits? It mentions benefits: "We know that good benefit programs are important... Eaton provides various Health and Welfare benefits as well as Retirement benefits, and several programs that provide for paid and unpaid time away from work." That's generic but still mentions benefits. Should we include Benefits section? The rule: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. The posting does state benefits: "Eaton provides various Health and Welfare benefits as well as Retirement benefits, and several programs that provide for paid and unpaid time away from work." That's somewhat generic but still specific content about benefits. So we can include Benefits section with that content. Pay: posting says hourly rate $28.19 per hour + $0.60 shift differential. Also note salary info is guideline. So we have pay info. Should include Pay section. Schedule: core hours 3 pm - 11 pm, Monday - Friday. So include Schedule section. We need headings:

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. Do not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate etc. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. We need to extract substantive content: role description, responsibilities (What You'll Do), qualifications (Required (Basic) Qualifications), skills (Skills Knowledge...), benefits, pay, schedule. Also note union position notice, ITAR, etc. Those are part of qualifications? Might be considered requirements. We'll include them under Requirements or Qualifications? The posting has "Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications:" then list. Also there is "Skills Knowledge and understanding..." That's skills. Also there is "Union Position Notice" etc. Could be part of Requirements. We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe a brief summary), Responsibilities (What You'll Do), Requirements (maybe combine qualifications and union/ITAR etc), Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not create sections with filler. Ensure each section has substantive content. Let's extract: About the role: The first paragraph: "Eaton’s IS AER FED division is currently seeking a Quality Auditor - 2nd shift to join our team in Rumford, RI! The core hours are 3 pm - 11 pm, Monday - Friday. The hourly rate for this position is $28.19 per hour + $0.60 per hour shift differential. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Union Position Notice This role is part of a unionized workforce. After completing 60 days of employment, employees will be eligible to bid on other union positions within the organization. Positions within the union are awarded based on a combination of qualifications and seniority." That could be About the role (including location, shift, pay, union notice). But we also have separate Pay and Schedule sections. Might be better to put About the role as a brief overview: Eaton’s IS AER FED division seeking Quality Auditor - 2nd shift in Rumford, RI. Then we separate Pay, Schedule, Benefits, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills. But we must not duplicate info. If we put About the role with location and maybe union notice, we still need to keep union notice somewhere else? Could be part of Requirements. Let's structure:

    About the role

Eaton’s IS AER FED division is seeking a Quality Auditor - 2nd shift to join the team in Rumford, RI.

Then Responsibilities: the "What You’ll Do" block. Then Requirements: include qualifications (basic), union position notice, ITAR, citizenship, relocation restriction, military exemption, drug test, safety-sensitive role, etc. Then Skills: the "Skills Knowledge and understanding..." paragraph. Then Benefits: the paragraph about Eaton provides various Health and Welfare benefits etc. Then Pay: the hourly rate + shift differential note. Then Schedule: core hours 3 pm - 11 pm, Monday - Friday. We must ensure we don't repeat info. For Pay we include the rate and note about guideline. For Schedule we include core hours. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Remove those paragraphs. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal, scam-warning, application instructions (like "Click here for more detail: Eaton Benefits Overview.") That's a link; we should remove that line? It's part of benefits but it's a link; we can keep the sentence about benefits but remove the "Click here for more detail: Eaton Benefits Overview." as it's application instruction? It's a reference; maybe we can keep but it's not substantive. Safer to remove that line. Also remove "Please note that specific programs and options available to an employee may depend on eligibility factors such as geographic location, date of hire, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements." That's still about benefits; it's substantive? It's more detail but maybe we can keep as part of benefits. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep the benefits description but can trim the link instruction. Let's extract benefits paragraph: "We know that good benefit programs are important to employees and their families. Eaton provides various Health and Welfare benefits as well as Retirement benefits, and several programs that provide for paid and unpaid time away from work. Click here for more detail: Eaton Benefits Overview. Please note that specific programs and options available to an employee may depend on eligibility factors such as geographic location, date of hire, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements." We can keep first two sentences and the last sentence about eligibility. Remove the "Click here..." line. Thus Benefits section:

We know that good benefit programs are important to employees and their families. Eaton provides various Health and Welfare benefits as well as Retirement benefits, and several programs that provide for paid and unpaid time away from work. Please note that specific programs and options available to an employee may depend on eligibility factors such as geographic location, date of hire, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.

Now Responsibilities: large block. We need to convert to
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. The responsibilities are a paragraph with many duties separated by semicolons and sentences. We could split into list items each duty. But the instruction: Use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should turn the responsibilities into a list. Each distinct duty can be a
      • . We need to preserve all substantive information; not summarize away detail. So we need to break the paragraph into items covering each duty. Let's parse responsibilities: "What You’ll Do The Quality Auditor will work from prints, method sheets, inspection method sheets, sketches, and/or verbal instructions using any and all measurement equipment such as but not limited to; micrometers, verniers, dial bore gauges, drop sticks, size blocks, dial indicators, comparators, protractors, pin/plug gauge, thread gauges, radius gauges, calipers, air gages, as well as special purpose equipment such as; surface finish Indicators, spring checkers, surface plates, hardness measuring machines, manual and programmable optical comparators, optical flats, pressure test fixtures, multi-axis measuring and concentricity/roundness measuring equipment, and other visual measurement systems. Let's attempt to create list items: - Work from prints, method sheets, inspection method sheets, sketches, and/or verbal instructions using any and all measurement equipment such as micrometers, verniers, dial bore gauges, drop sticks, size blocks, dial indicators, comparators, protractors, pin/plug gauge, thread gauges, radius gauges, calipers, air gages, as well as special purpose equipment such as surface finish indicators, spring checkers, surface plates, hardness measuring machines, manual and programmable optical comparators, optical flats, pressure test fixtures, multi-axis measuring and concentricity/roundness measuring equipment, and other visual measurement systems. - Use computers to perform inspection tasks as required. - Measure, layout, witness, or setup and perform ATP's (Acceptance Test Procedures) on a wide variety of products and related components. - Inspect or otherwise determine acceptability of components and of assemblies in various stages of manufacture in relation to established specifications and limits in accordance with established techniques and procedures, and under the direction of the Group Leader or Supervisor. - When no established techniques or methods are available, such as a prototype, work with the Group Leader (or Supervisor) to establish the acceptable techniques required. - Specialized training and testing may be required to be qualified in certain aspects of dimensional or non-destructive testing requirements. - Set up and perform bench inspections, layout inspections, in-process inspections, receiving inspections, First Articles, and final inspections as needed. - Perform shop floor audits of operators (both Certified and Non-Certified) and inspection equipment as
