Quality Assurance Vice President

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance strategies, systems, and teams to ensure GMP-compliant manufacturing and distribution of nutrition, pain management, and infusion therapy products.
• Define the quality vision and promote continuous improvement across processes.
• Manage risk assessment and audit programs to maintain compliance and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with R&D, operations, and regulatory teams to ensure global regulatory adherence.
• Build and develop high-performing teams fostering a culture of safety, learning, and innovation.
• Utilize data-driven metrics to monitor, evaluate, and enhance product quality and patient outcomes worldwide.
