Quality Assurance Tester (Web & Mobile)

• Perform comprehensive manual testing on web and mobile applications to ensure they meet functional requirements and quality standards.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable automated end-to-end test scripts using Selenium and Playwright.
• Create, maintain, and execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies using our bug tracking system (Azure DevOps).
• Collaborate with a team of on-premises and offshore testers to coordinate testing efforts and ensure complete test coverage.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, providing input from a QA perspective.
• Work closely with stakeholders and developers to understand user stories and technical requirements.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in a QA testing role with a focus on web and mobile applications.
• Strong hands-on experience in manual testing methodologies and best practices.
• Demonstrate proficiency in designing, developing, and sustaining automated tests using frameworks such as Selenium and Playwright.
• Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (Azure DevOps).
• Solid understanding of at least one programming language (Java/Typescript).
• Experience with SQL Server and writing SQL queries as required to perform QA tasks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, distributed team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps).

Additional Information

This resource will need to be onsite in Oklahoma City.
