Quality Assurance Technician (R&D)

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and process-minded QA Technician to support our R&D quality team. In this role, you will be the gatekeeper for compliance during the prototyping phase, conducting thorough inspections and maintaining the documentation that ensures our innovations meet industrial standards. Requirements

• Advanced Diploma in Quality Assurance, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Previous experience in verification and compliance tasks within a manufacturing or R&D setting.
• Strong understanding of quality documentation standards.
• Excellent teamwork attitude and communication skills.
• Ability to assist in internal audits with a focus on objectivity and detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed physical and functional inspections of new prototypes.
• Maintain and organize comprehensive QA documentation for the R&D department.
• Aid in internal audits to ensure R&D processes align with company standards.
• Track non-conformities and support the implementation of corrective actions.
• Help prepare quality reports for the R&D/Engineering Supervisor.
