Quality Assurance Technician

About the role

The Quality Assurance Technician role is based fully onsite at Regal Rexnord's designated office. Delevan is a leading manufacturer of electronic components with a strong history dating back over 75 years. As part of Regal Rexnord Corporation, Delevan supplies frameless, framed, and tandem resolvers to various industries including automation, commercial, industrial, and aerospace and defense sectors.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand blueprints and customer test requirements
• Set up and operate various testing and measurement equipment
• Support quality aspects of new process controls with cross-functional teams
• Operate real-time x-ray operation
• Perform and interpret test results
• Prepare customer test and inspection reports
• Conduct receiving and first-article inspections
• Perform final product inspections
• Coordinate with production control and operations to ensure compliance with customer requirements
• Assist with equipment audits as needed
• Occasional overtime may be required

Qualifications

• High School education or GED equivalent; Technical Associates Degree preferred
• 1-3 years of experience required
• Experience with various test/measurement equipment
• Familiarity with ISO9001 and/or AS9100 Quality System requirements
• Demonstrated ability to solder; soldering certification preferred
• Basic understanding of electricity and electrical quantities
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Excel and Word
• Good eyesight and hand-eye coordination

Pay

Expected Base Salary Range: $40,000–$50,000
