Quality Assurance Technician

Roles & Responsibilities

• Appraise quality problems and recommend and implement corrective actions based on analysis of statistical data.
• Conduct statistical studies on processes and work closely with suppliers, manufacturing, engineering, and factory managers to develop methods to achieve quality goals.
• Maintain production quality through finished goods audits.
• Inspect incoming purchased parts through inspection and testing.
• Monitor the receiving program and work with suppliers regarding quality issues.
• Assess new product introductions and conduct quality audits, tests, and documentation reviews.
• Perform finished goods audits and consumer audits, including visually inspecting fit/form/function and checking accessory fit-up.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.

Pay

• $23.00 - $25.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday – Thursday).
